Overview:
Medifast Product Team wanted to tease the next product release through an email to current customers, but also wanted to try something new. They wanted build excitement to new visitors to Medifast by showing how we were regularly coming out with new menu items to try.

Challenge:
Beyond just announcing new products on the horizon, how can we re-engage visitors or remind them once the products are launched?

Solution: 
Create a continuity campaign using Monetate to display on-site banners to visitors coming from off site ads - mainly from Facebook. We'd also display these banners to organic search and other referral visitors.  These banners contained an interactive element: an email subscription form allowing visitors to sign up for new product announcements and gave them an offer code to use for a discount on their order.

Result:
Product Marketing collected more than 30K email addresses over the duration of the campaign.
